We have a large staff of pet sitters & dog walkers throughout the Westside of LA, Miracle Mile-Park La Brea, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Hancock Park, Mid Wilshire, Silverlake, Westchester, Playa Vista, Playa del Rey and Marina del Rey areas and more. Are there long contracts if we use your service?
Absolutely not! The majority of our clients use our services on an ongoing basis, but we do not require any long contract terms. Once you sign our pet sitting agreement, you’re welcome to use our services whenever you need them and stop whenever you choose.
Who are the sitters coming to my home and will I have the same sitter each time?
Manymutts foremost priority is the safety and security of our clients, their pets and their property. Our Independent Contractors undergo an extensive screening process before they work with us, including reference checks and formal background checks. They have a love for animals and are passionate about delivering the best care available.
In order to provide you the most dependable service, we like to assign the same sitter to your pet with a reliable back up sitter in case the primary has an illness, scheduling conflicts, family emergencies or car trouble.
When do I meet the sitters?
After you request services through our office, we have you sign a pet sitting agreement.
Within the same day of receiving the agreement, a sitter is assigned to the client. You will be given their contact information to set up a home consultation.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes! We are licensed by the City of Los Angeles and carry the maximum limits for liability and bonding in our industry.
How do I know that my keys and house are safe?
Our key policy includes a coding system that only puts your pets name on the key tag.
No addresses or owners names are ever associated with the keys. Keys are given to the sitter assigned the service and a key is made for the owner of Manymutts. That way you are always assured we can access your pets if the sitter misplaces their key.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes, all dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations to be walked or boarded by Manymutts.
How will I know my dog has been walked or how the visits went with the sitters?
After all walks or visits our sitters leave detailed notes at your home letting you know what happened for the day.
How am I billed for services?
We accept most major credit cards or cash payments prior to service. We bill our clients twice monthly for services rendered during the month. You will receive an invoice and confirmation of payment for your records.
Will my dog be safe playing with other dogs?
All dogs are carefully screened prior to service. They are assigned boarding care based on temperament and size. The safety of your dog is our number one priority. We try to match the right sitter and home for small and large dogs with all types of personalities!
What if my dog does not get along with other dogs?
No problem. We accommodate all dogs. If your dog does not get along with other dogs or is not social we have in home services or daily dog walks and visits.
What if there is an emergency?
If we determine that your dog needs immediate medical attention, we will attempt to contact you and transport him/her to your predetermined veterinarian of your choice if possible. Otherwise we will take your dog to our affiliated veterinarian. We also try to call your emergency contact person immediately.
Does my dog need to be licensed?
Yes, all dogs must be licensed and registered in the city of Los Angeles. Check the laws in your city. License and vaccination tags must be attached to your dogs collar at all times.
